1. Agreement
By using PLAYR, you agree to these terms and any account, registration, or camp-discovery rules presented inside the platform.
2. Accounts
PLAYR provides one consumer account for athletes and families, plus limited founder/admin operations and public browsing surfaces.
3. Camp Data And Registrations
Camp listings, dates, pricing, availability, and registration details must be reviewed before relying on them. Camp providers remain responsible for accurate event information.
4. Billing And PLAYR+
PLAYR+ is not for sale during the MVP. If paid access opens later, entitlement and payment must be handled through a secure server-backed billing system.
5. Acceptable Use
Users may not abuse the platform, scrape restricted data, misrepresent camp details, interfere with security, or use PLAYR for unlawful activity.
6. Disclaimers
PLAYR helps discover, organize, and manage sports opportunities, but it does not guarantee admission, recruiting outcomes, scholarship offers, event availability, or injury-free participation.
