How PLAYR handles athlete, family, camp-listing, and platform data.
Last Updated

1. Information We Collect
PLAYR collects account details, athlete profile information, selected sports, goals, saved camps, registration activity, preferences, support messages, and technical usage data needed to operate the platform.
2. How We Use Information
We use data to run accounts, personalize camp and education recommendations, support registration workflows, send notifications, improve safety, process billing requests, and maintain product reliability.
3. Sharing And Service Providers
PLAYR does not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted vendors that help with hosting, analytics, email, payments, support, security, and camp operations.
4. Beta Analytics And Session Replay
During the private beta, PLAYR uses PostHog to measure signup, verification, onboarding, search, registration click-outs, and return visits. Replays mask inputs and displayed text, and captured URLs exclude query strings. Firebase UID links events; email is the only account property sent for support identification.
5. Payments
Payment details should be handled by third-party payment providers. PLAYR should not store full credit card numbers in the client application.
6. Your Controls
Users can update profile details, notification preferences, and certain account settings. Requests for access, correction, or deletion can be routed through support.
7. Security
PLAYR uses access rules, account controls, and provider-backed services to reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
